“My daughter in-law was the coordinator for the former iCan Shine back when it was called ‘Lose the Training Wheels’ when they first came to the Lehigh Valley about 15 years ago. At the time, the bike technician appreciated my help putting the ‘bike training handles’ on the rider’s personal bikes. I did that the next year as well.

When the program came back to the Lehigh Valley, to my Alma mater, Easton HS, I decided to volunteer again, to assist the technician. It has been heartwarming to watch the excitement and satisfaction of success on the faces of the riders.
